Bleachwin is the result of collaborative research efforts of GACL & ATIRA (Ahmedabad Textiles Industry’s Research Association) for Eco-friendly. Chlorine-free textile bleaching process exclusively developed for all hand processing units of India using special grade Hydrogen Peroxide in place of bleaching powder / Sodium Hypo Chlorite.

Special stabilizers used for rate control of bleaching using GACL’s specila grade Hydrogen Peroxide
Special Hydrogen Peroxide activators are developed to activate Hydrogen Peroxide at room temperature in all weathers
No heating energy required as used in textile process houses / textile mills
Easily adoptable to existing setup of hand – processing sectors of India (Rajasthan, Gujarat, South India )
No Chlorinated effluent generated like Hypo or bleaching powder and  hence it is an Eco-friendly

Caution : Avoid contact of wood & iron with 50% concentrated
 
Advantages :
 
Bleaching cost is almost same with better bleaching quality
A worker does not have to stand in water with bleaching powder or Hypo Chlorite which is not human-friendly
“Whiteness” in the cloth is of permanent nature. Cloth does not become yellow like bleaching powder / Sodium Hypo bleached cloth later on
Cold “Bleachwin” process saves 5000 litres of water for batch of 2000 mtrs of grey cloth
It gives good feel to fabric without any residual Chlorine / Hypo smell
This process of “Bleach-Win” removes starch very well and improves absorbency which gives better results during dyeing and after dyeing
It gives spotless uniform dyeing depth to the fabric
